Harder and a little smaller than the gold ball, this ball is great for deeper work. It is recommended for people who are comfortable practicing all the YBR® routines on the gold ball. This ball allows you to work individual muscles in more detail and offers more profound releases and a true deep-tissue massage experience. It is recommended for working the legs, and can be used on the back if the back is in good shape. This ball is not recommended for use on the abdomen, chest or sideline.

Note: This ball comes deflated. It can be inflated with a YBR pump (recommended) or with any pump that uses a standard inflation needle.
